1.1 Definitions

The following terms used in these terms and conditions have specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the bdtk1 website, all its pages, services, and associated applications.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has created an account on the platform or is using the platform.
• "We" or "bdtk1" refers to the organization operating this platform.
• "Account" refers to a personal gaming account registered on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional rewards or additional credits granted by bdtk1.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being cancelled and any deposited funds being forfeited. Only one account per person is permitted.

• The same person may not create multiple accounts.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• bdtk1 must be notified immediately if any account details change.

3.1 Account Security

The security of your account is your own responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Sharing or selling login details to anyone is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold.
• You may not use your account to place bets on behalf of others.
• bdtk1 reserves the right to freeze an account immediately in the event of suspicious activity.

3.2 Account Verification

bdtk1 may verify your identity before a deposit or withdrawal. Photos of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Transactions may be held pending if documents are not provided in a timely manner.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at bdtk1: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used.
• Deposits made through third parties are prohibited.
• Any applicable fees at the time of deposit will be charged according to the payment method provider's own rates.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For bonus-related withdrawals, it will be verified whether the wagering requirements have been met.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions at bdtk1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted. Any applicable conversion rates at the time of deposit or withdrawal will be subject to the payment method provider's own policy.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bdtk1 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus — making the total balance ৳2,500.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (on the bonus amount only). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing ৳37,500 in bets.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• A bonus applies to one account only — the same person may not claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• bdtk1 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time without notice.
• If any misuse or fraudulent activity related to a bonus is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.

5.3 VIP Program

The bdtk1 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Eligibility for VIP tier changes is assessed and determined by bdtk1 at its own discretion. The benefits, limitations, and conditions of each tier apply separately.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bdtk1 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The outcome of all games on our platform is determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which cannot be manipulated by any party.

Each game has its own rules, which will be visible when the game loads. No result may be challenged without following the game's rules.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted midway due to a technical error, bdtk1 will decide whether to restore or void that bet, and that decision will be final.
• If the rules of the game provider conflict with our terms, the game provider's rules will apply for that specific game.

6.3 Technical Errors and Disruptions

bdtk1 will not be held responsible for any game disruption caused by loss of internet connection, device shutdown, or any other technical reason. However, if data is saved on the server side, an attempt will be made to restore the game state.

7.1 List of Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means (Bonus Abuse)
• Playing games using any software, bot, or automated system
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds
• Attempting to hack or attack bdtk1's systems
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
• Collecting or misusing other users' personal information

8.1 bdtk1's Rights

bdtk1 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions
• Registration using false information
• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity
• Refusal or failure to complete age or identity verification
• Extended period of inactivity

8.2 User's Own Request to Close Account

You may request to close your own account at any time through our support team. At the time of closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid funds in the account, however any bonus balance will be cancelled.
